ActionJAV reserves the right to terminate the provision of its Service to the subscriber at any time without cause.

The subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for ensuring that access to the Service complies with the legislation of its place of access to the service. Subscriber certifies to be neither a member nor agent nor representative of any law-enforcement or postal agency or body, at the local, county, state, federal, international or any other jurisdictional level, seeking to entrap ActionJAV, its affiliates, or principals thereof. Moreover, Subscriber warrants that, if meeting the preceding criteria, Subscriber is not protected by prosecutorial immunity or any other legal arrangements permitting him to misrepresent the implied or express intentions of his membership.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and ActionJAV regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice given by ActionJAV to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination.

MODEL AGE VERIFICATION
